Terms & Conditions
ORDERING: All orders for custom manufactured items must have artwork approved by customer prior to production. If you designed your sign online and placed the design in to your cart then that is your artwork approval of the design and you are authorizing us to proceed with production of the sign you ordered. All other orders must be accompanied by either a signed purchase order, company letter or confirmation order, plus signed approval of artwork. Production will not proceed until formal approval has been received. Orders cancelled after production begins will be charged for all labor incurred and materials used.
TERMS: All orders are to be paid in full prior to production. Note: Due to production uncertainties, we reserve the right to ship 10% more or less of any custom printed product that is ordered. Custom manufactured items that have misspelling or incorrect wording by your omission and you have approved the design cannot be replaced or payment refunded. No merchandise can be returned without our prior written authorization. Any claims must be made within 10 days of receipt of order. Shipping damage must be reported with the carrier at time of delivery.
PRODUCTION TIME: Shipments for stock items that are in stock normally ship within 2 - 3 business days. Custom screen or digitally printed items will normally ship within 7 - 10 business days following receipt of phone, store or online order and approval of artwork. Custom lighted signs and channel letters will normally ship within 4 - 6 weeks following receipt of a signed order and approval of artwork. Production time does not include shipping time. Shipping time is determined by the carrier and/or method you selected when you placed your order. Our plant closes the week between Christmas and New Years to allow all our employees a much needed break so they can spend time with their families during the holiday season. Orders placed near Christmas may be delayed an additional week of production time and not ship until after the first of the New Year.
SHIPPING: All shipping carriers are responsible to make sure your product arrives in satisfactory condition. UPS and FedEx shipments should arrive in 5 days or less in most areas after leaving our facility. Call our office for a more accurate estimated delivery time. LTL carriers have extended delivery times but most deliver within 7 to 10 business days. The closer you are to our production facility the shorter the transit time. If product is damaged upon arrival, please call our office at 856-696-4040 and discuss the damage with us BEFORE signing the receipt from the driver. If we are not available, note the damage in detail on the delivery receipt and call us as soon as possible. We will work with you and the carrier to resolve the issue as soon as possible, but we cannot be responsible for their negligence.. NEVER sign the receipt without noting the damage as this may extend the time in resolving the issue. Take photographs if possible, email them to us at email@example.com, note your order number in the subject line of the email, and describe the damage in detail. Keep all packing materials until the issue is resolved. Most carriers will require inspection of the packing materials to satisfy a claim. If you dispose of the packing materials a claim may be delayed or rejected and is decided by the carrier of which we have no control. If there is concealed damage by the carrier, you must contact the carrier withing 24 hours of receipt for them to accept any claim. Deliveries within South Jersey may be made via our trucks, UPS, FedEx or common carrier. Other areas are serviced by UPS, FedEx and/or common carrier. Delivery terms are F.O.B. Vineland, N.J.
PRODUCTION & SHIPPING TIME: Production & Shipping Time displayed are automated and estimated times generated by our website and we cannot guarantee these dates. We will do everything in our power to ship on time but certain times of the year we may experience heavy production volume and experience shipping delays. We cannot be responsible for carrier delays, lost shipments or delays on shipments that require a signature and no one is there to sign at time of delivery.

ARTWORK: No charge for artwork produced by Parrish Sign Co., Inc.'s online designer and remains property of Parrish Sign Co., Inc. Additional charges may apply If additional art services are required by our art department. Orders that are cancelled after artwork has begun will be charged for all labor incurred. Our online designer is for use by our customers only and anyone using our designer for other purposes will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
QUALITY: All orders are produced from quality materials and we guarantee your complete satisfaction. Manufactured items will be replaced or your payment refunded at our option, but no merchandise can be returned without our prior written authorization. Any claims must be made within 10 days of receipt of order. Shipping damage must be reported with the carrier at time of delivery. Save all packing materials for shipping inspector evaluation if determined necessary by shipper.
PRICES: All prices subject to change without notice.
USE: Customer is responsible for suitability of use and application for all signage & banner products. We cannot assume responsibility for ordinances governing sign size and/or usage. Please check with your local city hall zoning officer to become familiar with your local zoning laws and ordinances governing sign rules and regulations. When installing banners make sure the poles you are tying the banner to can withstand the additional wind load. Parrish Sign Co., Inc. cannot be held responsible for any damages as a result of improper installation. Installer assumes all responsibility for any damages that occur from improperly mounted signs and banners.
